Steps to make Guava chutney:

  1. Take 250 grams of guava.
  2. Remove seeds.
  3. Chop into medium size.
  4. Add chopped guava, lemon juice, coriander leaves, ginger,garlic,roasted cumin seeds, green chilli into a mixer and grind it.
  5. Heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dhal, red chilli, asafoedita fry it,pour the tempering mixture into the grinded chutney.
  6. Serve it with Dosa, Idli, chapati or even rice.
